BOOTHS
AMPLE OUTDOOR SPACE IS AVAILABLE. WE SUGGEST YOU PLAN TO BRING A CANOPY OR LARGE UMBRELLA AS SOME SPACES ARE IN PARTIAL SUNLIGHT. EACH SPACE IS APPROXIMATELY 12' X 12'. ALL EXHIBITORS WILL DECORATE THEIR BOOTH IN AN ATTRACTIVE MANNER. EXHIBITORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DISPLAY SET UP (TABLES, CHAIRS, SCREENS, ETC). SPACE WILL BE ASSIGNED. NO STAKES ARE TO BE DRIVEN INTO GROUND! (NO REFUNDS)
Exhibitor Information
Confirmation will be mailed. Only entry fees for exhibitors not accepted by Exhibitor Evaluation Committee will be returned.
Eligible
All original, creative, hand-made, quality art and craft work. All work is pre-screened. If this is your first time with us, three color photographs (two of your crafts and one of your booth set-up) must accompany the application.
Not Acceptable
Work must be suitable for a family show.
An evaluation Committee reserves the right to remove any exhibit or refuse any exhibitor.
Tax
Exhibitors will be responsible for filing sales tax returns. We have forms if you need them.
Promotion
newspaper articles, radio and TV spots, magazines and poster distribution will be used in promotion.

SPECIAL NOTE
This is an outdoor event only. every exhibitor will be responsible for covering their exhibit in case of inclement weather.
**We try our best to provide exclusivity for commercial food vendors, however it is not guaranteed**
You still have the option to stay one day or two days. We will promote this as a two day show. If you only want to take part on Saturday, please let us know so that we may place all one day participants on the same block. Likewise, we will place all two day participants together.

Location
The Festival will be located in Historic Downtown Eufaula on East Broad Street just off of Highway 431. This location has been used with great success. The charm of Historic Downtown gives you plenty of shade trees and a friendly atmosphere!
Set-up Time
Friday - after 6:00 p.m. or traffic clears
Saturday -6:30a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Event opens at 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday - 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Event opens at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) - 5:00 p.m.
Exhibit must be set up for viewing thirty(30) minutes prior to show hours.
